When you provide information for your online DDP Practitioner profile or payment instructions for DDPI fees through website forms this information is also stored on the website.
If you use a contact form, your email address and any provided details are NOT stored on this website and are instead used to send an email to the applicable person only.
Email newsletters (if applicable): If you sign-up to a DDP Connects UK or DDP USA & Canada email newsletter on this website you agree for your email address, and any other submitted data (such as your name), to be securely transferred to a third-party company.
This information is available to the DDPI board members, DDP Connects UK board members, contractors and third-party companies. We will never sell or share this information with anyone else. Please see below for consent information and options for accessing and removing this data.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to create or update a user profile account, complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a training, study day, conference or any other event, or any other interaction with the website we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
We may also require specific permission to collect this data to comply with The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Only if permission is granted can you use the services this applies to.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How can I access my data?
Only if you have a user profile account may you access your profile data held on this website directly, however you may request to see data the website may have collected about you personally and you may request that this data be deleted at any time.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us using our Contact page or at firstname.lastname@example.org or if the UK mailing DDP Connects UK at DDP Connects UK registered address or if not in the UK mailing DDPI at the DDPI address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
We DO NOT store credit card information on this website.
If you choose a payment service provider to complete your purchase, then our website securely stores your Name, Email, Date of Purchase, Amount, Transaction ID from payment provider and Payment Status. This is to record what, how and who has paid for a training for example.
The DDP Network uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that all data is encrypted between our web server and a user’s browser and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is enabled.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
