DDPI have been working on guidance around safe practice for DDP Practitioners, Consultants and Trainers in our work with children, parents, caregivers and families. We are now pleased to have this available on our website.
The policy includes our complaints process and you can find it under DDPI in the Policy section, as DDPI Governance, Safe Practice and Complaint Procedure.
