Seeking our first Executive Director

10 March 2025

DDPI Worldwide is seeking its first Executive Director to help lead our growing organisation.

The Executive Director will sit on our Executive team and report directly to our Board of Directors. This role is crucial in managing our expanding network, ensuring cohesiveness, and providing oversight across all operations.

DDPI Worldwide is a not-for-profit organisation based in the US, that educates, facilitates, promotes and advances Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) globally. For over 15 years DDPI Worldwide (formally DDPI) has provided training and robust certification in DDP, a life-changing therapeutic treatment model for children with significant developmental trauma, their families and caregivers.

Over the years we have expanded rapidly and globally. Our dedication to quality, consistency, and inclusivity has driven our growth and impact across multiple countries. We are committed to growing with racial equity and social justice at our core. Much of our current work is to embed these themes within our structures so that this focus remains robust through generations of our community.

We are looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic and can provide strategic leadership and vision, inspiring our team in the support of families and children affected by developmental trauma. They will foster an inclusive and equitable work environment, work collaboratively and be committed to racial equity and social justice.

Above all, they will approach the role in line with our core Values.

This is a part-time, remote and self-employed position with flexible hours and as-needed international travel.

If you are interested in applying for the role, please download the recruitment pack which contains the job description and application form.

To apply, please submit your CV, completed application form and a short cover letter to Leila Caston at ddpi.admin@ddpnetwork.org. If you would like to submit your application in a different format, due to your learning style for example, please get in touch using the details above.

Closing date is Monday 7 April 2025 at 5pm EST.
