We are pleased to announce the latest book on DDP to be published in mainland China will be ‘Healing Relational Trauma with Attachment-Focused Interventions’.
W. W. Norton has negotiated with a Beijing publisher for it to be translated, printed and distributed in mainland China in Simplified Chinese. It will hopefully be available in two years time.
Written by Dan Hughes, Kim Golding and Julie Hudson, this exceptional book is the ‘authoritative text’ on Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy principles and practice, as well as the research and theories surrounding and supporting DDP in the treatment of developmental trauma.
Our thanks go to Hannah Sun-Reid, DDP Trainer, Consultant & Practitioner, who has worked with the publishing company in China; one that focuses on mental health related publications. Her trainings and presentations in China have been a major factor in this exciting development and she will continue to be involved.
Hannah is also leading work enabling other DDP materials to be available in Chinese, with Attachment Focused Family Therapy: The Workbook to be published soon.
