Understanding the Power of Identity
October 13, 2025 (Part 1)
Identity involves the experiences, relationships, beliefs, values, and memories that make up a person’s subjective sense of self. This then contributes to the development of an individual’s self-image. This session will provide a safe space to explore aspects of your own identity and discuss how different cultures and ethnic groups’ lived experiences have impacted the development of their own identity.

November 19, 2025 (Part 2)
Communities who have faced discrimination because of compartments of their identity will now more than ever be looking for safety. As a practitioner how are you ensuring you can deliver not only physical but psychological safety to people?
In this session we discuss what proactive steps you can take to ensure you are providing psychological safety for all whom you engage with by using an intersectional lens.
