I am an independent Therapeutic Social Worker, DDP Practitioner, Consultant and Trainer, an EFT Practitioner and a Systemic Practitioner. I offer DDP parent and family work, Nurturing Attachments Groups and professional training including DDP training. I am able to work creatively and flexibly using the various approaches I am trained in. I offer online sessions.

I have worked in education, residential and youth work settings prior to starting work in Children’s Social Care in 2010. My first degree was in contemporary fine art, an interest which remains alive in my therapeutic practice.

While working for Hackney Social Care, I qualified as a Systemic Practitioner at The Institute of Family Therapy in 2014. I completed a Social Work MA at Middlesex University in 2016 and registered as a social worker. In Hackney, I worked in the Assessment, Children in Need/CP, Leaving Care, Adoption and Post Permanency services.

I have been an active member of the DDP community since 2020 including work on the RESJ and Global Development Committees and serving as Co-Chair of the DDPI Worldwide Board of Directors between 2023 and 2025. I am a member of the DDP Mainland Europe group and am working to develop DDP in Poland.
