DDP has deepened my belief that as adults we can only provide responsible and responsive care to our children if we are safe and settled enough within ourselves.

As adults and children alike, we learn, grow, heal and thrive through the good enough relationships that are available to us.

Relationships are complex, messy and absolutely fundamental to us as human beings.

I work as a child and adolescent psychotherapist and DDP practitioner, consultant and trainer and consider myself to be a citizen of the world.
