The Nurturing Attachments groupwork programme is a DDP-informed intervention developed by Kim Golding. In 2016 the UK Government's DfE funded Adoptionplus to carry out an evaluation of the programme across 4 geographical sites for adoptive families.

The search for stories is at the heart of DDP and a natural extension of this is the creating of fictional stories as an indirect way to share experience with families. In this presentation Kim shared her reflections about finding stories in her work with children, families and practitioners. She introduced her book, published this summer, read us a story.

This is a publication of the Division of Clinical Psychology Faculty for Children, Young People and Their Families. The review's mission is to promote and share good quality clinical writing and research within the field of child, adolescent and family clinical psychology by publishing annual themed editions expressing a range of views and ideas and research around a pertinent topic.
