The conference, entitled Making Connections – From Mistrust to Trust, will draw on the content of their new book The Neurobiology of Attachment-Focused Therapy.
Day one is aimed at professionals and day two is for adoptive parents, foster carers and carers caring for children or SGOs.
As part of ticket sales, Family Futures is working with W. W. Norton and Company Ltd to offer discounted copies of The Neurobiology of Attachment-Focused Therapy. The book, which is due to be published at the end of August, has a retail price of £20. But W. W. Norton and Company Ltd is offering professionals a 30% discount meaning they can buy it for £14. The books will be given out at the conference.
