Dr Dan Siegel, Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA, is an international speaker on interpersonal neurobiology.
Dan will explain the benefits of a Mindsight approach when parenting and describe how it can be used to improve young people’s capacity to regulate their attention, emotions, relationships, impulses and behaviour. He will outline evidence and share practical methods of promoting integration that can help the developing adolescent on the way to a more successful adulthood.
