How to parent as you hope to during the lockdown
Trainer: Dan Hughes
Family Futures is inviting adoptive parents, foster carers and kinship carers to sign up to a live online webinar on 18 May with Dr Dan Hughes, founder of DDP. Dan will be offering parenting ideas to inspire you and creative ways to help children (and their parents) experience safety in spite of the anxious times we are living through.
This webinar will help parents develop key skills and support them with parenting a traumatised child during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic.
Participants are invited to send 2 questions for Dan in the ‘notes’ section of the webinar booking form (see booking page). Questions will then be grouped into key themes which will be covered by Dan’s presentation and there will also be two live Q&A sessions during the webinar: before the break and at the end. Participants will also receive the recorded version of the webinar which will be available for one month afterwards.
Who is it for?
Adoptive parents, foster carers and kinship carers
