Esland Care, a national children’s home provider based in Derby, are looking for a Psychologist, Therapeutic Social Worker or Therapist with training in DDP.

“Due to exciting growth within the organisation, Esland are looking for a Clinical Psychologist, Therapeutic Social Worker or Therapist to join our enthusiastic and forward-thinking clinical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us to change children’s lives for the better. Our clinical service comes from a trauma and attachment informed model of care and is strongly led by a ‘brain-based’ approach. We work therapeutically with our children based on where they are functioning emotionally, developmentally and in accordance with their lived experiences.
Candidates with experience and/or qualifications in DDP, knowledge of the neurosequential model of therapeutics and its relevance to working with children therapeutically will be particularly welcomed.
The position will involve travel across our children’s homes. The salary for this role is £30,000-£40,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.”
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm, and the application deadline is 8th May 2020.
