Oxfordshire County Council and the ATTACH Team, are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with knowledge and/or training in DDP.

“Our vision is to build on the model currently offered within Oxfordshire by our partner team ATTACH, creating a team for families in the rest of the ATV [Adopt Thames Valley Regional Adoption Agency] region, and we are looking for creative, passionate individuals to join us. At the core of the work ATTACH offers is an understanding of developmental trauma and the application of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy both theoretically and clinically to support families. We are proud that we are playing a key role, as a trial site in the current randomised control trial of DDP [RIGHT trial].
The post provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of a new multi-disciplinary therapeutic team to meet the needs of Adoptive and Special Guardianship families across the region.
We are looking for someone with knowledge and skills in working with young people who have experienced developmental trauma, ideally those who have knowledge and training in DDP. This is a full-time, 2 year temporary position with a vision to secure longer term funding. The successful applicant would be working across the Berkshire, Swindon, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead areas covered by Adopt Thames Valley.
