First DDP PACE for Professionals Special Interest Group starting December

8 November 2023

A new online DDP PACE Special Interest Group is starting on 1 December, 2023.

It will be run by Louise Faulkner, Specialist Therapeutic Social Worker, DDP Practitioner and DDP PACE Trainer, and the group will meet online from 10am – 12 noon.

It will provide a space to connect with others and share experiences, interests and dilemmas to explore the practice of PACE. The group is open to professionals who have completed DDP Level One and/or DDP PACE Training (with a DDP PACE Trainer supported by DDP Connects UK or DDPI).

Please visit the event page for more information. This is a free event supported by DDP Connects UK.

To register please contact Louise Faulkner at l.faulkner@ibasw.co.uk. Places are limited to support a visceral experience for participants.

DDP PACE Training introduces how the experience of PACE, underpinned by the Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) model, can start to help children with developmental trauma recover trust and safety. DDP PACE Training is supported by DDPI, and therefore with robust frameworks and a grounding in neuroscience, attachment and intersubjectivity.

You can find all publicly available DDP PACE training with places in our Training listings. If you would like to commission a DDP PACE training please see our How to commission training section.
