Carly Barrett-Greening is a creative attachment and trauma practitioner, consultant and supervisor who is also registered with the Health Care Profession Council (HCPC). With a background in Social Work and psychology studies. Since qualifying in 2002 she has specialisd in working with traumatised children, families and professional networks.
Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Parenting is central to Carly’s practice. She believes working with Dyadic – parent – child focused therapy is key to strengthening families, helping children gain security and aid emotional growth. Specialising in Children & Young People’s services since 1996 with over 22 years’ experience working within fostering and adoptive families.
She is a Certified Theraplay® Practitioner, a trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY), Just Right State, Sensory Attachment Integration program facilitator, Nurturing Attachment Therapeutic Parenting Program Trainer and has written and delivers bespoke Mindful Yoga Programs for Young People’s and Parents Emotional Health. Her compassion derives from direct therapeutic work with children and families to enhance attachment and integrate trauma.
