Esland Care<\/a>, a national children’s home provider based in Derby, are looking for a Psychologist, Therapeutic Social Worker or Therapist with training in DDP.<\/p>\n

Dr Sam Piggott writes:<\/p>\n

“Due to exciting growth within the organisation, Esland are looking for a Clinical Psychologist, Therapeutic Social Worker or Therapist to join our enthusiastic and forward-thinking clinical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us to change children\u2019s lives for the better. Our clinical service comes from a trauma and attachment informed model of care and is strongly led by a \u2018brain-based\u2019 approach. We work therapeutically with our children based on where they are functioning emotionally, developmentally and in accordance with their lived experiences.<\/p>\n

Candidates with experience and\/or qualifications in DDP, knowledge of the neurosequential model of therapeutics and its relevance to working with children therapeutically will be particularly welcomed.<\/p>\n

The position will involve travel across our children\u2019s homes. The salary for this role is \u00a330,000-\u00a340,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.”<\/p>\n

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm, and the application deadline is 8th May 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
