After a successful Canadian 3-day DDP Conference in October 2014 and two previous USA DDP international conferences organised by Dan Hughes in Quittie Glen, Annville, Pennsylvania, the Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy Institute is returning to Annville PA to host their 2015 conference.
Over the three days a group of international speakers from the USA, Canada and the UK, with leading expertise in trauma, attachment and brain development will be presenting. There will be a variety of workshops that will appeal to all professionals who work with families/children with attachment and trauma issues.
The Keynote speaker is John C. Norcross, Ph.D., ABPP. Dr. Norcross is a Distinguished Professor of Psychology at the University of Scranton, and past President of the American Psychological Association’s Divisions of Psychotherapy and Clinical Psychology. He is author of many professional books including “Psychotherapy Relationships that Work”. Dr. Norcross, a dynamic and engaging presenter, is an eminent scholar of psychotherapy research, especially research focusing on the psychotherapy relationship.
There will also be a presentation by Jon Baylin, Ph.D. regarding the latest neuropsychological research relevant to DDP, as well as his latest thinking relevant to the new book that Dan and Jon are just finishing.
