Join the new online Canadian led DDP Study Group

11 November 2020

As we approach the winter months in unprecedented times, Canadian DDP Trainers Betty Brouwer, Michelle Hogeterp, Sian Phillips, and Hannah Sun-Reid are launching an online study group to support the DDP community and your DDP practice.

They invite you to join them for heartfelt conversations and to practice your DDP skills. Some of the topics will include how to invite caregivers to reflect on their own experiences that help and hinder relationships, how to introduce and explain DDP, how to deepen intersubjective experience for children and parents, and how to use a storytelling approach to co-regulate.

Over the course of six sessions they will cover common challenges and offer the opportunity for case consultation and questions. The group will meet on zoom on the second Thursday of each month, beginning January 14th, 2021 and ending June 10th, 2021.

There is space available for 18 participants and registration is now open. More information, including the registration link can be found on the ‘Online Canadian Led DDP Study Group Jan-June 2021’ event page.

If you would like to join but are not based in Canada, please get in touch with the event organizer, Shalem Mental Health Network.
