SUMMARY:DDP North America Community of Practice Special Interest Group
DESCRIPTION:This is a free DDP Special Interest Group for people living in 
 North America who have taken at minimum DDP Level One or Introduction to P
 ACE. This group is organized by Anne Benson\, DDP Consultant\, and Brandon
  Mock\, DDP Trainer.\n\nThis group is geared to those living in North Amer
 ica who are wanting to continue to develop their DDP skills\, are interest
 ed in connecting with and growing the DDP community in North America.\n\nT
 his group will meet online. It will be a place to connect with others who 
 are also practicing the DDP model\, to practice DDP skills\, and to explor
 e particular dilemmas associated with using a therapeutic DDP approach. It
  will be a place to support each other and where we can collectively nurtu
 re the growth and development of DDP in North America.\n\nThis DDP North A
 merica Community of Practice Special Interest Group will provide an opport
 unity to build professional connections\, keep in touch with the wider DDP
  network and support each other on our DDP journeys. The level of DDP expe
 rience and needs of the group members at the meeting will set the themes a
 nd tasks for each meeting. As a community of practice collective we will a
 im to determine together\, next steps for growing DDP in North America.\nF
 acilitators\nAnne Benson is a DDP Practitioner and Consultant\, and DDPI W
 orldwide Board member\; as well as a certified Brainspotting practitioner 
 and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy practitioner. Throughout her 12 years
  as a therapist\, her focus has always been trauma and attachment\, but wh
 en she was introduced to DDP 7 years ago it quickly became her primary mod
 ality. Anne lives in Missouri in the United States.\n\nBrandon Mock is a D
 DP Practitioner\, Consultant and Trainer. For more than 20 years\, he has 
 worked in clinical and administrative capacities for organizations serving
  youth in psychiatric residential\, intensive outpatient\, and outpatient
