This past January (27-30) 2020, Betty J.B. Brouwer had the pleasure of running a DDP Level Two in Toronto, Canada.
This training was organized by BOOST Child and Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC). Heather Gregory, of Boost CYAC, was instrumental in securing funding for DDP Level One (2019) and now DDP Level Two training to train their staff. They were also able to open up a couple of spots to therapists they strongly collaborate with from other agencies in the city.
It was great to welcome back people from June’s Level One and to witness the growth in their skills. Once again, we were especially fortunate to have Aria, the service dog, join us for all four days. Aria now has completed both Level One and Level Two and is the most PACEful service dog!
Together we are changing the world one PACE at a time.
DDP Level One is the introductory 28-hour DDP training course for professionals and therapists who work therapeutically with children and young people, and their families, who have experienced developmental trauma and have attachment difficulties.
All upcoming DDP Level One and Two trainings can be found on DDP USA & Canada Events.
