Conatus Psychology are looking for a Registered Psychologist for Children, Young People and Families in the Birmingham and Midlands Area
They’re especially interested in applicants with experience in DDP, Theraplay and Non-Violent Resistance (NVR).
Conatus Child Psychology is an independent practice, based in Kenilworth and we provide clinical and educational psychology services throughout the Midlands region. Established in 2010 the service has developed providing services into schools, to private clients along with work to public, private and charitable organisations.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced clinician to join our team specialising in offering therapeutic interventions and clinical assessments primarily to looked after and adoptive children. The main work will be carried out in Birmingham, with management and supervision held in Kenilworth.
The work involves trauma/attachment interviews, alongside staff and carer consultations and training. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with additional training and experience in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, theraplay and non-violent resistance.
Our staff are well supported through an extensive CPD programme, regular contact supervision and benefits of working for a dynamic private practice.
