DDP in focus: new workshops, webinars and events for 2025 from DDPI Worldwide

22 January 2025

DDPI Worldwide is thrilled to announce that after a very successful 2024, DDP in focus is back for 2025 with new online workshops, webinars and events for your professional development.

The DDP in focus series has been designed to help you develop and broaden your cultural competency, DDP skills and practice. Sessions are open to professionals who work with children who have experienced relational trauma, with a wide range of DDP experience.

“We encourage the DDP community to take up these great opportunities for learning and growth.”

DDPI Worldwide Board

All sessions explore DDP and PACE in practice as they relate to a variety of themes and applications. Following on from feedback about last year’s workshops we have spread the sessions out through 2025 and have two workshops for residential care. Other themes include identity and intersectionality, Intellectual Disability focused work, working with Autistic minds, secret parts of identity, neuroregulation and sensory-motor interventions.

Our presenters are world renowned experts in their fields and practitioners in DDP including (a-z): Jon Baylin, Joy Gamble, Edwina Grant, Kim Golding CBE, Benjamin Hargrave, Michelle Hogeterp, Heather Hodgins-Chan, Dan Hughes (DDP Founder), Nic Jones, Dr. Jacqueline Lynch, Delroy Madden and Sian Phillips.

Those not presenting will gain valuable learning through listening to Dan’s in-depth supervision and have the opportunity to take part in group discussion and ask questions.

Kim Golding will be presenting Supporting DDP Practitioners through the practicum: what does ‘good skill developing’ look like? for DDP Consultants and DDP Practitioners on the Consultant Practicum.
